We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Whether you order a single phone case or multiple accessories, shipping is always free.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Wireless Rehab currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a full refund.
